Paula Marie / PM Baltazar is an 18-year old second generation Filipino-American cartoonist from Southern California. PM currently studies at Orange County School of the Arts and will attend the School of Visual Arts (SVA) for BFA Cartooning in the fall. They're passionate about comics, Filipino history, and mollusks. They hope to start a comic publishing company after college.
